The villas were incredibly spacious, with two separate units, a pool, a jacuzzi, a day bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with bikes allocated to each villa, allowing us to explore the beautiful nature trail and spot various animals. The boat rides were a unique and enjoyable experience. The entire Banyan Tree staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and attended to. The various restaurants on-site offered delicious food and excellent service, with options ranging from Thai to Italian. The average consumption for two per meal was around 300, including some wine. Cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed with the attention to detail in maintaining the hotel's pristine condition.

The villa was spacious and luxurious, with a private pool and hot tub. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa and a variety of activities to enjoy. The location was perfect, nestled in a mangrove and river area. the cleanliness of the villa and the hotel grounds were impeccable.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. The property was beautifully maintained, with stunning gardens and nature trails where we encountered incredible wildlife, including spider monkeys and crocodiles. The swimming pools in the villa were heated and inviting, and the beach setup was amazing, with great service and a restaurant. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing top-notch service. The rooms were clean and spacious, with luxurious bathrooms. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the Mexican staff were always polite and helpful. The hotel's location by mangroves and fresh water lagoons was a unique and wonderful feature.
Can't fault the property in any way.
