We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Chelsea at the front desk made us feel so special by surprising us with a birthday cake for my wife. The room on the 44th floor had an amazing view of Lake Michigan and was equipped with everything we needed. Every night, we were greeted with complimentary treats in our room. The hotel's location was unbeatable, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the onsite restaurant.
