From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff took great pride in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness was superb, with attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. The concierge team, especially Rozie, provided excellent support and catered to all our requests. The hotel's location in a quiet area was great, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the pool and the culinary experience at Culina. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home.

The hotel facilities were luxurious, with a classic neo-Victorian style that added to the elegant atmosphere. The location was excellent, and I loved the convenience of the complimentary limo service. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing, and the Sunday Brunch at the Culina Restaurant was a must-try experience.
