The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional. The facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff, especially Marco Garcia and Marco Aurelio, were friendly and efficient. They provided helpful advice on tours and trips in the area, and the location right in front of Copacabana Beach was perfect. The hotel also offered easy access to neighboring Ipanema and Leblon.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The housekeeping was on point and the turn down service was perfect in every detail. The view was nice and the location was right across the street from Copacabana beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. the staff and cleanliness were impressive.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing assistance with restaurant reservations and insightful recommendations for one-day itineraries. The bed and room were comfortable, and waking up to the spectacular view of the ocean and beach was a great start to the day. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a caipirinha, while taking in the breathtaking views.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was extremely helpful and impressive, especially the concierge who arranged all our tours and tickets for the unforgettable carnival. They made our trip truly memorable, even surprising me with a special birthday cake and balloons in our room. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Copacabana beach. The staff, including a trainee named Renato, went the extra mile to ensure our stay was amazing. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beach beds on Copacabana and attentive attendants to keep our belongings safe while we enjoyed a swim. The breakfast was delicious, and the cook even remembered our preferences and offered special options each morning. The hotel gym had above-average equipment and a friendly and knowledgeable instructor. Plus, transportation options like Uber made it easy to explore the city at reasonable prices.
