We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Rajashi from the front office, provided courteous and helpful service, guiding us for local tours. The room and washroom were clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was polite.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and they took great care of us. The food was amazing, and we highly recommend trying it. The swimming pool was a big hit with our kids - it was clean and safe. The hotel's cleanliness and safety measures were top-notch. The location was convenient, being between the airport and the city center. We also want to give a special shout-out to Tiasha from the guest relations team, as well as Abhijit, Karmakar, Manik, Krishna, and Shyamal for their excellent service. We will definitely visit again.

During my stay, I found the cleanliness of the hotel to be exceptional. The rooms were well-maintained and had a pleasant aromatic smell. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the bathroom with its availability of both hot and cold water. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing me a late check-out without any additional charges. This was especially convenient for my official visit to Mr. Roshan, as it provided me with ample time to prepare and organize.
