Unlike any place I've stayed in the Phoenix area, this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure I had a seamless experience. They promptly assisted with finding and sending my luggage to my room and even apologized for the small inconvenience with a bottle of champagne. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and I was pleased with the variety and quality of the breakfast options. The hotel also had excellent transportation services, providing car service to nearby malls and attractions.
