The hotel staff were very friendly and provided warm hospitality throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was excellent and convenient. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even offered us an upgrade to a better room when they noticed that the initial room had some issues with cleanliness. The dining options were excellent, especially the delicious breakfast and the tasty room service food. We also loved the open areas to sit, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel on Park Street, one of the iconic and prime locations in this city, was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants within walking distance and very close to the city centre.
