We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel special from the moment we walked in. The room was spotless and the bed was unbelievably comfortable - it was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of great amenities to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed kayaking on the nearby lake - it was a truly wonderful experience. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, breakfast, staff, and hotel facilities.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando for a few days, and it was the perfect place for some relaxing mother/daughter time. The location of the property was ideal, as it was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including Universal and Disney. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and attentive staff. We also appreciated the convenience of the courtesy bus that took us to the theme parks. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location on the lake was breathtaking, and the lobby made a great first impression with its beautiful marble decor. The staff team was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The views from my room on the 12th floor were stunning, overlooking the lake. The hotel facilities, such as the waterpark slides and lazy river at the connected JW Marriott, were a fantastic addition to the luxury experience. The food was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate my wedding. This was by far my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a fun pool and a Ritz Kids playground/sprinkler area that my son loved. The staff, particularly Ann and Nicole, provided excellent service from the moment I called for information until check-in. They were so sweet and accommodating, even remembering my son's name and giving him small gifts and fruits for his birthday. The breakfast at the casual cafe was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch.

Couldn't fault anything about my stay.
