The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. The 24-hour room service was a lifesaver, especially after a late-night concert when all the other places were closed. The food was also delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with stylish updates in both the common areas and the rooms. It was spotlessly clean inside and out, which was very impressive. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They even offered complimentary refreshments such as lemonade and coffee in the lobby, and provided free water bottles in the room. The best part, though, was definitely the incredibly comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Additionally, the 24-hour room service was a nice perk, especially since I needed a late-night meal after a concert. The food was delicious as well.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with truly amazing staff! They went above and beyond to accommodate us, getting us into our room early and offering other room options. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all major bars, restaurants, and nightlife in downtown San Diego. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the staff provided us with great information about the city.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The room was well-appointed, quiet, and had attention to detail. The morning room service was excellent. The location was perfect, nestled in the Gaslamp District and within walking distance of Seaport Harbor and Little Italy. The hotel staff was friendly and the grill inside served an amazing Focaccia bread. I also enjoyed the great band that played in the bar area on Thursday night.

Everything was spot on.

We had an amazing stay at an elegant hotel. The staff was gracious and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near the Gaslamp District, making it convenient for exploring the city.
