We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for both business and pleasure travel to this city, with great shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and the customer service was top-notch. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the breakfast options were excellent.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff always made sure we were well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking onsite.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be extremely clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby spa plans and a late 3pm checkout on the concierge level. Additionally, the staff, led by Mr. Billington, was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Lexus at the front desk, who was not only friendly but also very helpful. The staff here truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel like a valued guest. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with a recent renovation giving them a clean and classic feel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including an outdoor sun deck that provided a wonderful place to relax. Additionally, the location of this hotel was ideal, as it was directly across from Phipps Plaza and offered convenient access to transportation options. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location made my stay exceptional.
For us, this hotel was ideal.
