We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The room was spotless and everything felt smart and easy to use. The staff were amazing and professional, calling us by name and paying attention to every small detail. The location was fantastic, near Rodeo Drive, and it was great that the hotel offered parking. We also appreciated the little touches that made us feel like valued customers. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was divine. Nothing to be said.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was fabulous, and our room was great with a glass balcony. The staff were all terrific and very caring. The room service, which we rarely use, was very nice and available even at 1:45 am when we skipped dinner. The hotel was recently renovated and had high-tech amenities. The heating and cooling system in the room were excellent. The hotel was clean, and all the facilities were smart and easy to use. The hotel always smelled nice, and the staff were always on the spot, making no mistakes.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always there when we needed assistance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a recently renovated and spacious room that was kept very clean. We loved the attention to detail, from the well-stocked snacks and mini bar to the excellent heating and cooling system. The location in this city was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
